Bay Poké is streamlining the poke serving process, yet not losing the authentic Hawaiian taste. Partnering with the major fish suppliers, Bay Poké is setting higher standards on the quality of ingredients. With the proficient food processing background, Mr. Park has implemented the state-of-the-art poké preparing system, which will set Bay Poké apart from the competitors. The first Bay Poké was opened in Anaheim, CA in November 2016.
